You can export a form design from OpenForms to be transferred to another installation or to send to Magicomm for support.

To Export

1. In the Action column beside the Form Name, select one of the following file formats:
   XML, saves the entire form design for transfer to another system
   CSV, produces a spreadsheet of all fields that exist on a particular form
   PNG, saves a graphic image of the form design
   PDF, provides access to the original PDF file that was used to create the form
   

2. In the dialog, confirm that you want to save the file and specify a path and filename to use.
