If required, the team at Magicomm will design a form for you. This will be provided as a customised file with the extension *.iform.

To import a pre-designed form

1. Before you start, make sure you know where the pre-defined iform file has been saved in your system
2. In the Tasks list of Designer Home, select Import a pre-designed form
3. In the Import a Pre-Designed Form page, click Browse and select the CSV or XML file from your computer
4. To upload the file, click Import Form
5. The imported form appears in the Recent Forms list in the Designer Home page where you can choose to edit it through Advanced Designer.
