This function lets you create a new form from an existing designed form. Before you start you need to know the location of the PDF file of the form you want to use.

Tip 1: The PDF file can be of any paper size up to 370mm wide x 480mm tall. However, you should ensure that your printer can print on identically sized paper.

Tip 2: The PDF file can be produced in a variety of ways, including scans of existing forms and using Print to PDF options in various applications. Magicomm recommend using the original form artwork for best results.

Creating a New Form

1. In the Tasks list of Designer Home, select ‘Create a new form from a PDF file’
2. In the New Form page, enter a Form Name for the new form
3. Click Browse and select the PDF file that will be the basis of the new form
4. Click Create Form
5. The Advanced Designer opens to display the Edit <form name> page.
