OpenForms can be integrated with other systems easily. There are a variety of standard export formats and there is also the potential to plugin custom formats too. Standard formats include PDF, Schema-less XML, CSV, XLS and many more.
Standard integration using the tools available out of the box can take one of two forms:
- Data can be “pushed” to another system on an event, such as a form having been completed or checked.
- Data can be “pulled” from OpenForms via a SOAP-based Web Service.
There is also the possibility for a custom integration module to be added to OpenForms should the need arise.
