If the form that you’ve created is no longer required and you would like to delete it from the system then follow this steps.

To Delete a form

1. Ensure that you have “Delete Form” previlage
   1. Click Admin > Users > Select user from the list
   2. In Roles/Permissions section > select Designer tab > under Design Forms select “Allow” from drop down list > Save Changes & Close
2. Select Design Forms
3. In Designer Home choose View All Forms
4. Select the form(s) from the list (if there’s several pages worth of forms then use search to find it quicker).
5. Click Delete
6. Confirm Delete form(s) from notification to delete.
