How do I find my Bluetooth PIN code?

Answer

  1. If you have the despatch note or the box the pen was supplied in, the PIN can be found within the sticker inside the plastic bag the pen was stored in. If you don’t have this, then you can install penDirector, dock the pen and read the pens Bluetooth PIN code from the Pen Settings tab.
  2. If you don’t have access to software then you can email or call Magicomm support, providing your pen serial number and your company/organisation name for an immediate answer.
