Why is my pen vibrating whilst I am writing on a form?
Answer
- Your Digital Pen firmware may not recognise newly printed forms, you will need to upgrade pen firmware.
- Your Digital Pen memory is full. This can be caused by not uploading forms regularly or forms that are no longer in use. Doc your pen into a docking station connected to a PC to download all forms stored in the pen.
- The print quality is poor and the pen is struggling to read the dots. The form may have been photocopied or printed from the wrong spec printer – inform your Administrator
