When a Form is associated with a customised dictionary or lexicon it improves the accuracy when script written by the Digital Pen is converted to digital text. You can populate a lexicon with technical words and your own terminology.

To edit a lexicon from Design Forms

1. In Design Forms, Tasks, select Manage Lexicons
2. You can add a new Lexicon by clicking on  and to edit click on the  icon.
3. A scrolling list of existing words and terms is displayed, you can:

• type in a new word or phrase at the top of the list
• delete or modify an existing word or phrase

4. When you are satisfied with the changes, click 

To edit a dictionary or lexicon

1. Select Admin menu, Lexicons
2. In the Lexicons page, select the Lexicon you want to edit from the Lexicon Name list and click 
3. A scrolling list of existing words and terms is displayed, you can:
