Online access to OpenForms is controlled by password. A supervisor can specify the rules of a password and a user can reset his or her password when required.

To reset a password

All users will be required to reset their passwords at frequent intervals

  1. Choose Settings, Change Password or click on Change Password located at the top left corner
  2. In the Change Password dialog, enter your Current Password
  3. Enter the New Password, ensuring that it conforms to the rules of length, mixed characters and unique use
  4. Repeat the new password in Confirm Password
  5. Click Change Password
